ok so i just upgraded to the SL3. My old set up is on a macbook with a SL1 has worked great and every other version of scartch live... but when i upgraded this week to the SL3 i ran into this issue. cant see the scopes....but its receiving the serato signal and it works. just cant see the scope. tried on 4 different cdjs in different clubs.. trouble shooted first by moving the switches between phono and line. nothing. put the scope magnify view to the lowest settting, nothing. i did get to see the scope if i pluged the laptop with an adaptor and ran the scartchlive signal from itunes into the SL3 which doesent make sense... if its fine coming from the laptop signal, why is it ot coming out on cdjs? both 800 1000mk? please help

I have heard this a few times using 1.8.4 It was due to the sensitivity level, in the software. No worries if you are getting good tracking. That issue will be addressed in the 1.9.0 release for you.

its working but im just worried that i may use a turntable soon and its handy to see the scope to make sure everything is ok before u start spinning. hopefully on the final release the issue is addressed. and yea i think it is a sensitivity issue... i was scratching with the cdjs and i saw some clutter on the scope.. kinda as if they were too big to fit yet i had them on the lowest magnify level possible.... looks like i had it on 16X but it was on 1X.... but when i press play on the cdj u can see the time code on the top of the scope going through... just not green circle of a scope.

^^ exactly and it will be addressed. Phono is usually not as hot as line. You might then see the scopes using turntables.
