Newly created crates disappear after closing and re-opening serato

I have been using Crates and Subcrates without any problem for about a year. Recently however, subcrates that I create and fill with files will not appear after I close and re-open DJ Intro. Specifically, I have been trying to create four new subcrates within an existing subcrate, and after re-opening software two crates will disappear while two remain. I re-tried making the subcrates several times, but achieve same results.

My serato DJ intro keeps deleting all of my crates. This has been happening now for 6 months. I'm frustrated. I've tried everything. I'm running win 8, with 6 gigs. can anyone help me please...

No hep from that link, thanks tho. I'm wondering if Dj serato makes a difference. So, is anyone running 8 gigs, with windows 8, ever had a crate deleted in the past.

Same iv lost my main create and need it back asap

i think it was my fault as i closed my laptop lid after gig and never shut down serato then when i open it in the morning serato was not responding so i forced it closed through activity monitor on my MAC being that i had that create open at the time may have been why its disappeared .. need to fix with in the next 3 hours for my next gig

Wow mad problems with SDJ...wish Scratchlive was still supported at this point. Hope 2.0 will be worth it. This looks to be mostly a pc issue? Anyone confirm on Mac?

Same thing on Mac 10.11 running SDJ 1.9.6. Started a couple months ago. Really disappointed that this is happening. Tried all suggested fixes to no avail. Serato please help.
