I just bought a ddj-sb and it came with serato dj intro. i keep running into this problem where for some reason, one deck will stop responding to the play button, but i can still hold down cue and that will play the track, but the play button becomes disabled. The only way i can fix this is if i close serato and open it up again. But then when i open serato back up the vinyl capability is disabled

Is there anyway I can fix this? Thank you to all in advance who can lend a hand or step in the right direction.
