if you are talking about the user MIDI maps you has set-up for the layer 2 - 6 you can go to the serato\MIDI\XML folder and delete the xml files.

the MIDI folder is in the same folder as your library/crate information..

normally "user"\music\serato\MIDI

I deleted the one file xlm within the midi folder, I will test and tell you if it worked.
