Hey guys,

I've recently purchased a Quneo MIDI controller and have extra buttons for Video Control. So far I've mapped sliders to the wet/dry dial for video and a button for on/off across all video effects.

Has anyone used MIDI successfully in other ways for Video?

Getting the most out of video will require that you get ME and a Mac. There's not a ton you can do without it.

One trick I do is (assuming you can edit the midi signals sent by the controller) map a button to a list, set the value (CC) to bring up an effect you like to use all the time. Example if there 12 effects in the list, and you want to bring up the 4th effect making so the button sends out a CC note somewhere around 43 should bring up that effect. It will take some playing around with to get the exact right numbers you want.
