How can tell what sera to box version you have?

How can tell what sera to box version you have?

My serato box says SL. There is no number after it so I don't know if I have SL 1 SL 2 etc. Does anyone know if there is a way to type the serial number in (on the web) and find out which version it is?

Hey DJ House,

Sounds like you have an SL1. Upload a pic, and I can confirm that.

I don't have a SL on my SL1
Just Scratch Live

This is one of the first SL1 boxes to come out. (Before there was a 2 and 3)
There is a later version of this box with "SL1" instead of "Scratch Live".

They all have SL2, 3 or 4 printed on now.

SL2 = Smaller square shaped box, offers somewhat better sound quality (noticeable imo), good for taking to clubs due to smaller size imo

SL3 = Same size as SL1 box, with AUX in/out for 3rd channel (not simultaneously)

SL4 = Same size as SL1/3, four in/out and, two USBs for 4 decks and 2 laptops.
