My AAC (M4A) files missing track builds, cue points etc

I noticed that some (if not most) of my AAC files keep losing their analyses information, cue points and wave forms.

Each time i load these tracks they have to be analysed again and i have to put in cue points again.

Is this normal?

Will a database rebuild fix this?

I'm using the same database from my Scratch Live days.

Still with some M4A files, I have a library issue where Serato DJ gives me two entries of the same song, same file,

My initial thought was that i had multiple copies of the same track or album.

When i try to delete the duplicates my original gets duplicated. If i change track information one of the duplicates it affects the original too.
