Please, someone could help me to solve this?

I recently bought a DDJ-SB and I cannot start using it by the fact that when I connect the DDJ-SB to the PC, the Serato Intro program crashes or freezes and the PC displays a message which tells me that the program has stopped working.

I have already installed the driver of the DDJ-SB and I installed the 1.2.2 version of Serato Intro. No matter the order you connect the controller and run the Serato Intro, always stop working. The Serato Intro goes smoothly until I connect the DDJ-SB, which is when it stop working.

I have just created a box with 2 tracks, which are analyzed and uncorrupted.

Give me a clue that it may be happening?
