Will be purchasing the Pioneer DD-JSB and for some unknown reason I just cannot seem to install the Serato Dj-Intro file. I have extracted the .exe and attempted to run normally and run as an administrator and it does absolutely nothing. And I mean nothing. Does not even look like its going to load or run the file. Has anyone experienced this? I am on a Windows 7 laptop, 64 bit, 2.5ghz plenty of free space as ive stripped it down to essentials. I really am struggling.. Any ideas would be helpful.

Did you download it from our website?

The best way to get some help with this issue is to hit up our support team by opening a help request here: support.serato.com
They are best equipped to take a look at the issue and try to find a solution for you, put as much detail as you can into the help request and they will get back in touch with you as soon as they can.
