Can't add new products to profile

I already have the following products listed in my profile:

Novation TWITCH
Numark Mixtrack Pro II
Pioneer DDJ‑SX
Rane SL1
Rane SL3
Rane Sixty-Eight
Rane TTM 57SL
Vestax VCI‑380
Vestax VCI-380
Pitch 'n Time DJ
Chip Pack FX + Back Pack FX + Jet Pack FX
Chip Pack FX + Back Pack FX + Jet Pack FX
Wolf Pack FX
Serato DJ + Serato Video

I would like to add the following products:
DDJ-SP1
Numark Mixtrack Pro II

I also want to delete one of the VCI-380s

But I can't. The only options I'm given in the drop-down are for Video Expansion Packs and Studio plug-ins.

Having same issue here. Just software expansion packs listed in drop down menu.
Have tried on my tablet and also on PC.

I saw in one of the threads where a Serato tech replied and said that they no longer have non Serato products listed because they wouldn't be the ones to service them anyway.
