Both of My Flex Buttons are Flushed into my 62 HELP!

I need help asap,

with my rane 62 mixer please, it first started with my left FX button being stuck inside mixer i thought it came of something inside but as i tried popping it back out it would just go back in and not work. Now Just two days ago my Right Channel Flex FX button is out as well.

I can still activate the effect but it requires some work, its very inconvenient and frustrating.

You will need to send your mixer to us and we'll get her fixed.

Call us at 425-355-6000 with the serial number in hand and we'll get it sorted:)
