MY crates in Serato DJ Intro keep deleting after i close Out!

MY crates in Serato DJ Intro keep deleting after i close Out!

so today is the second time that i closed out serato dj intro and once i went to re-open it, 80% of my crates were gone! Now i do have it backed up on my Hard drive, but every time i try to restore it, it only brings back the titles of my crates, but there all empty! I really need help, because I'm not going to continue to RE-ORGANIZE my crates for them to just be delated again without me knowing whats going on!

im also not getting a back up option eveytime i close out of serato!!

HAVE U TRIED TO ANALIZE AND READ TAGS ON YOUR FILES FROM YOUR SOURCE OF MUSIC U ARE PULLING FROM ONTO SERATO CRATES? AND ARE U ORGANIZING CRATES AND THEN NOT ANALIZING THEM AGAIN BEFORE U LOG OFF OF SERATO DJ?
