Serato dj don't remember the crate order.

Hi
Every time I start Serato dj 1.6.3 It did't recall the order of the crates.
I have deleted the serato back up folders,the order file and V2 but nothing seems to work.
Any ideas?
Only one external HD with all my music in it,btw.
