I went from Mac to windows and transfered files to an external formatted as FAT32 wo use with my windows laptop and the crates show up but not the wing titles or artist names. Only the length and location shows up when I plug in the eternal. In order for me to see the title I have to play a song then the name fills in. How do I get the laptop to recognize the title as soon as I plug the external to it?
