I heard when Rane62 mixers were first released the crossfaders on them weren't 100% quality. This is the time i purchased my Rane62 mixer & soon after my crossfader became tence & stiff (i've since replaced with an Innofader crossfader).

Due to this problem I was told that Rane would replace all 3x faders on any Rane62 mixers if bought when first units were released, is this true & if so who do i talk/email to get his taken care of?

Any assistance would be appreciated, thank you.

I agree contact Rane. They changed the carrier 3 times on the newer mixers - 61 62 since the first generation release. I have been through all 3 versions this latest version never gave me a problem yet. They sent me the replacements.

I noticed the newer faders get dirty and need cleaning more than the 56 and 57 faders.
