I just bought a DDJ SR and when I connect it to my computer and open the serato dj, the software says it is connected but then the error pops up saying failed to connect audio, not allowing me to do anything. I have made sure that the default audio is not set to DDJ SR for both playback and microphone. I have deleted the serato itch software off of my computer as well. I have tried using different usb ports as well as a different cord. Nothing works. Still getting this error. Can someone please help me?
