anyone run HD vids in VSL

I'm looking to find some vids in HD and am just curious if they work, how your system runs it? Specs?

You would really be putting some stress on the machine. You would definitely need a quad core with 8 gb of ram... that's for sure. At least, if you wanted to run things smoothly - are you talking 720p or 1080p?

there's a few hd video loops in the retail box version of vsl. they run fine on my mbp.

Are these short clips?

I expect VSL not to run well with 1080.

Those loops and vids aren't HD the biggest i saw 720x596

wait so what kind of machie do u (dj lad) propose would be necessary to run hd vsl... bc b4 i upgrade my mb pro i will wait for it to come out lol
