You should file a support request because I've been using Serato DJ with a 68 for the last four weeks and it works fine.

I had to upgrade the firmware to have the bpm detection work which is a known issue.

im glad to hear that i did upgrade the firmware but my issues are wider my mapping is in chaos nothing corresponds i suppose i could find someone who knows what to do ive tried three times to get this thing to work once when serato dj upgraded still no joy but ill have another go when i get back to london

Definitely put in a support request immediately if you have troubles also so it can get sorted out.
