Good to know.. I recently moved my library and had to re-analyze my files. Pretty much doubled every bpm from 50-75 bpms. Talk about a time killer having to fix them all

I've been finding that the program crashes occasionally when I do this is Itch.

Does that happen in Serato DJ? Also, have you hit up the support team to look into what's going wrong?
sam.

You can also set the BPM range so this doesn't happen when you analyse your files.

Problem with that is I'm often analyzing files in the low 60 bpm range and 120+ range at the same time. Figured because of that it was best to just set the range to none

I will be trying this in the morning. This will stop me trying to work it out in my head. Fingers crossed!

Yeah, there is a fine line there where it can be difficult to separate them out unless you analyse in batches.

This problem is murdering me. When mid-set a 128 becomes a 94 or whatever. Easy enough to doctor up in the bright lights of a sober new day, but on the fly, it's garbage.

Is there a way to manually type in the bpm instead of pressing spacebar? Scratch Live.
Also I know you can type it in manually where the track listing is, for example the comments area but I mean when the tracks are loaded in the decks. If so what about the key same area?

Silly Question time but how do i double or halve the BPM multiple times? I am new to Serato (Traktor convert) and in my old software, it was one click whilst the track was loaded. The short-cut is good but multiple doubling would be advantageous as Serato doesn't like my Old Skool tracks. Too much going on in them!

Hi Mischmaschine, i can confirm that it works with Serato DJ Pro 2.0.5. I loaded a track into deck A. IMPORTANT: Then i double-clicked on the bpm field of that song in the bpm column of the library. NOT in the player-section next to the key lock symbol. Then i did
and the bpm was halved ((Alt) + (Down Arrow)). The amount of beatgrid markers stayed the same. So i clicked on Edit Grid and moved the grid one notch back. As soon as i did that the beatgrid adjusted itself and halved the amount of markers. Then i moved the beatgrid back one notch and everthing looked like it should.
Did this in standalone mode without any gear connected on a hackintosh.

that's what i did wrong, i tried the double click on the bpm field in the player section, not the library. confirming this is still working to this day, thanks for replying
