Program Freezing Up

Computer: PC
Operating System: Windows 8.1

when trying to install 1.6.2 DJ Serato into my computer the upload goes fine. When i go to click on the buy/accept button, if i am fast enough i can put in my email address. and then the screen for the password shows up. and then my computer locks up and DJ Serato screen dims down and a pop up appears and says "DJ Serato has stopped working. A Problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." I just paid 129.00 dollars for this program. I either want to get this program fixed or i want my money back. perferably i would like the program fixed. Is there any way to get this program on a disc for easier loading?
