I really think its unfair that all the cool effects i have to buy them honestly, i think that if u spend the money to buy a good mixer or a buy the product you should get all the cool stuff. I want to get the looper effect an i will have to pay $19 for it thats so unfair.

How is it sad?
Serato provide free software updates which regularly add significant features, without you having to spend a cent on them. They have to be able to make some money somewhere.
Considering the FX are now provided by Izotope, I'm sure Serato also have to pay them some kind of licencing.

Considering to have any FX previously meant buying a high end mixer or external FX unit, $19 is pretty cheap.
