I don't know what the problem is, the ch 1 fader does not fade out slowly, and now the cross fader is set to fast, and ch 1 side cuts in slow, and ch2 side cuts in fast, is it dying or what?

Hey tncco,

If the contours aren't working as they should then there is an issue with your mixer.
You'll find a list of authorized Rane repair centers here -> dj.rane.com

I just swapped all the faders I had this issue before with the ch1, now its getting worst my question is what is causing the problem

can I send it back to you guys for service or can I buy the part

I would not suggest just buying the part. It could be an issue with the board.
I would either send it to an authorized Rane service center or to us.
