One thing i realy miss form FS is being able to listen to the songs and make play lists without the hardware being plugged in .

It would be grate if Serato had a seperate program which was full screen where we could edit id tags and listen to songs and prepare our playlists . As some times you are on a train or at airport and wanna arrange some playlists by just switching on the laptop . Its so annoying to mave to plug in hardware then plug that into a mixer just to preview a song .

this might be asking to much, but I was thinking that it would be cool if you guys could make a seperate application for preparing songs that would save all the info to your id3 tags.... for example, I use I tunes on my desktop computer and prepare folder that I want to drag on to ssl.... I completely redo this process about once every couple weeks to make sure Im not getting repetitive with my playlists.... If I could be using a serato app instead of Itunes that would allow me to id3 my songs, set cue points, etc and it would save them to the mp3 in the way that ssl reads them, itd be amazing..... you could obviously install this app on your laptop to work on your tags and cues while on the plane or whatever.... I know asking for a whole nother application is a bit much, but itd be awesome for my setup..... is this even a remote possibility?

Have you tried using iTunes for this? It works great. I think that is why this probably hasn't been high on their to-do list. In fact I have seen it somewhere on these forums as their suggestion of previewing songs when not connected to an interface.
