I've tried everything from looking it up to youtube, but i can't put my iTunes music into my sera to itch software. I've logged in to my iTunes account and that still doesn't seem to work. My music isn't showing up in the iTunes media in the software so i don't know what to do anymore. Can anyone help?

Hi Facemelt_Gabe,

Thanks for get in touch with us. Could you please try this first?

1) Open ITCH
2) Go Setup window
3) Click Library tab
4) Check the option "Show iTunes Library"

You might already done this but just in case...

Please let me know how it go.
