need help please to de activate computer i have bought serato but on activating on web site its asking for product key......... please help

I have paid for my licence, I cant get this to work properly when I use a external drive, its so very unprofessional that Serato will not respond to my request for HELP.
I have sent untold emails to them, what is wrong with them I thought they had professional standard, is it just the money they want, and no after care for the customers????
