We NEED MIDI Mappable Scroll/Load/Etc

Scratch Live has a clickable area when in MIDI mode that pulls up a navigation and load set of buttons specific to MIDI mapping. Things like crate selection, scrolling, loading, and instant doubles were in here.

While i realize this area was not necessary when SDJ was based off of only all in one controllers, now with the allowance of the Rane boxes external MIDI hardware is more important than it was before - we need these MIDI options back! :)
