Hello all.

Im using serato itch with the novation twitch and it lights up when i plug it in but itch keeps flashing saying hardware disconnected. now is it because im using windows vista or something? also it says device not recognized when i plug it. There is also no damage to the usb ports.

Any help much appreciated.

Hi Albi_92,

Thanks for get in touch with us. Unfortunately Novation Twitch with ITCH doesn't support Windows Vista. You will need to upgrade at least Windows XP and also install latest driver for twitch.

You can find out minimum computer requirement from here: serato.com

Have you tried running the drivers and software in compatibility mode for XP? There's no guarantee it'll work. But it's worth a shot.
