We recently purchased a new computer and although we followed the instructions on your website how to set up going from external to internal hard drive, the crates are not available in Serato Itch

We were using an external hard drive on the old computer and we are now using an internal flash drive on a new Macbook Pro

Can you please help us. We have a gig two days from now, so we would appreciate if you would please get back to us as soon as possible.
