Hello,

Very simple problem that apparently many have according to a quick google search.

Serato Itch just won't play tracks. I tried the 2.2.2 and the 1.8.2 version, still doesn't work.

It works fine on my laptop (Windows 7 OEM x64) but won't work on my desktop computer (Windows 7 Pro x64). Play buttons light up and flash when I pressed them but won't play. I also try with the keyboard shortcuts (Shift+W) and it won't work either.

Should I try with Serato DJ? Or wait for the next Itch version?

Can you try this controller with Serato DJ and let me know if it works?

My Serato Itch isn't recognizing mp4s, any ideas?

Just tried and the weirdest thing is happening.

Serato plays the tracks but it "stutters". I've got sound out for 2 seconds then nothing for 5 seconds then sound back again then nothing again and so on.

Is your music library stored on an external hard drive? How large is your music library? Do you use iTunes to organise your music?
