SOME EFFECTS NOT WORKING..

Whats good all,

Just got my mixer, updated to the latest version which is 1.8.2, checked out all of the effects and it worked out fine yesterday, but today only the "Echo," "Hold Echo," and "Phaser" works.. im able to select the others but it does not enable the effect, restarted my computer and still had this problem.. please help..

It sounds like you need to update the TTM57SL firmware.

Go to the setup screen and open the Hardware tab. Click on the update firmware button and let SSL do the rest.

Let me know if that does the trick.

I'm not sure how far you are from Anaheim, but we'll be at the Winter NAMM show between January 15-18

It'd be cool if (we) Rane had a "tech desk", or something, where we can help DJs with their setup outside the event.

Here's the situation. I updated to 1.8.2 and the latest firmware. As of two nights ago, the joysticks for each side won't do anything but the transformer effect. I tried duplicating the bank to group two and it worked fine until I turned my mixer off. Once I restarted the mixer, the actions on the joysticks are there, but in grey. Can someone please help with this issue? Thanks in advance.

Push the joysticks down like a button until the J1 ans J2 lights turn green.
