DJ Dale P. 6:54 AM - 14 November, 2008
whats good all, I'm thinking about buying this mixer, does it come with a transformer feature like the ttm56?

thanks

Yes, there's transform switches on the 57, which are actually the joysticks specifically, and they also obviously control things in the program as well.

Are you talking about the power supply or the switches on the mixer?

As Konix said, you can use the joysticks as transform switches. That works excellent.

You need to push the joysticks down (like a button) to activate the joysticks for SSL control (the green J lights will come on) or for transform functionality (green J lights off).

I miss the click/pop sounds of the old transformers.

I wish I could hit a key to reverse the transformer. meaning normal position is off/closed.
this would take advantage of the spring, tap against the spring to open/on.

I really dont understand why this isnt the default already
