everytime i have a song filtered all the way up and i push pause to stop the track the audio drops out, is there anyway to fix this problem,
overall ive had this controlor since febuary and there was a rediculous amount of bugs when i first got it and theyve been fixing them veryy slowly. im just kinda disapointed they still havent fixed them all
the main thing is a i dont want audio drop outs because i cant play sets where that happens and i dont understand because when i produce music where i can play over 15 audio tracks at the same time with 0 lag so it doesnt make sense for it to lag in serato with just 2 audio tracks

also there is a high pitch hissing noise when i hook the controlor up to high quality speakers
annd when the controlor is on for more than about an hour the left deck does all kinds of weird stuff and random things will just stop working like the tempo slide and just about everything (on the left deck)
another thing.... this slip mode does not work anymore??????

Hey Zach Hill,
Thanks for getting in touch,
I apologise it has taken us a couple weeks to get back to you!
Things here are very busy at the moment, we really appreciate your patience :)
Before I can start the troubleshooting process I need to gather some further information,
1. Can you send me your FULL computer specs?
-- RIGHT-Click your MY COMPUTER icon and select PROPERTIES
-- Copy this information back to me please.
2. Are you using any external hard drives to organise your music?
-- How big is the drive?
-- How much free space is on the drive?
-- Is the drive just used for music files?
3. Do you use iTunes to organise your music?
-- How big is your iTunes library?
4. Are you using any other USB devices?
-- Any wireless mouses / keyboards?
Thanks :)

Hey Zach Hill,
Thanks for that information,
1. Your computer specs look ok.
-- They are just above minimum spec requirements to run Serato DJ.
2. I would recommend you dont use an external drive.
3. Your music library size sounds ok.
Please try the following,
USB Buffer Size
1. Launch Serato DJ with your controller disconnected.
2. Click the SETUP button on the top task bar.
3. Navigate to the AUDIO tab.
4. Increase USB buffer size to 20MS. Click APPLY.
5. Close the SETUP window.
6. Minimize Serato DJ. (dont close it).
Windows Task Manager Priority Setting
7. Click the Windows START button.
8. Search "TASK MANAGER" and open the Task Manager.
9. Click on the PROCESSES tab.
10. Locate SeratoDJ.exe from the list of processes.
11. RIGHT-click, select "SET PRIORITY" and set it to HIGH. Click OK.
12. Close TASK Manager.
Connect your DDJ-SX, power it on and launch SERATO DJ.
-- Do you still have the same issues, or do things seem smoother?
Let me know how you get on :)
Thanks!
