USB Harddrive

I just setup my Serato Scratch and loving it, but was wondering if I buy an external USB drive would I have the same performance as I am with internal drive or would it be choppy, not as fast, etc? Thanks

you can always get a faster hard drive. i'am pretty sure this would not hurt anything.
