Do you mean the knob parameters you setup on your controller reset to zero once you close the program? This is normal behaviour, the effects parameters reset once the program has been closed.

I would advise the following,

1. Once you close Serato DJ and have finished mixing unplug your controller.
2. Dont touch the effects knobs.
3. The next time you want to mix plug in your controller.
4. Launch Serato DJ and slightly move the effects knobs.
-- Serato DJ will pickup the value they are set at and adjust its virtual knobs to match your controllers setting.



Can you please let me know every setting that doesn't save for you?
I will look into this and get back to you.

i mean like...if i put it on instant doubles...the next time open it ...i have to go settings an select it again

Thanks for that information,

We can try rebuild your Serato DJ plist files. This will reset the SETUP menu to its default settings. You should then be able to customise things and it should save once you close the application.

Please try following these steps,

1. Open up a finder window and click your Macintosh HD icon.
2. Click on your user profile 'House' icon.
3. Click on 'Library'.
4. Click on 'Preferences'.
5. MOVE the "com.serato.dj.plist" and "com.serato.seratodj.plist" file to your desktop.
5. Connect your NS6 and launch SERATO DJ 1.1.2

Can you now save preferences in the SETUP menu?
