i bought the vestac vc 300 or novation twitch and i installed the software that came with the system and when i was installing it the software i got a screen telling me that i have a newer version of the software that im trying to install and to remove the newer software first before trying to use this older version of the software that im trying to use, so i think i did and removed every posssible software that i can think of but when i plug the system and i open the itch software i can see that somewhere in the screen it displays system disconnected and so far i have not been able to sleep i have awake
for at least the last 25 hours trying to get the system to work, i hate to return it but i see no other way to make it work, so please if someone out there can help me with this issue thank you
