Hello Jamie again)))).....i always bother....
tonight i had 1 gig, tried serato dj.

1.- i had issues with cue for listening song in headphone, it was not possible to listening nothing, the only way it was when i turn up the gain for channel then,this way i can listening, but using cue botton, not sound.

2.-I have a new headphones, and the volume in cue botton to listening right throught headphone is to low, if i am playing music in live, it not possible to listening the songs.

Check the following settings,

1. Launch Serato DJ with your Mixtrack Pro connected.
2. Click the SETUP button on the top task bar.
3. Navigate along to the MIXER tab.
4. You will see a "Monitoring" section.
-- Make sure you have the "MASTER CUE" turned off.
5. Close the SETUP window.

Also check the position of the CUEMIX knob on your Numark Mixtrack Pro.
-- Make sure its set hard to the lefthand side (8 o'clock).

Hello Jamie.....I am here again)))).....i had another gig last night, i tried to use serato dj, and the thing was...i follow the step that you told me, and well it was working, but the only thing, is when i turn off this botton in settings, what you told me, is possibe to listening in the speakers both songs, that mean I can not listen for separate,that mean one by speakers,one by headphones. both are in the same channel.....i did something bad?...

Have you read through the CUE / Split CUE section in the Serato DJ manual?
--> serato.com

If "MASTER CUE" has been turned OFF then you will need to adjust the "CUE MIX" knob on your Mixtrack Pro. This will adjust what audio signal (cue or master) you hear in your headphones.
