Firstly can I have your computers full specs please?
When you have your VCI‑300 connected do you have any other USB devices connected? Such as an external harddrive, keyboard or mouse? If so try running ITCH without the extra devices connected. Also try connecting you VCI‑300 to different USB ports or try a different cable.
