My laptop set up is as follows:
Lenovo Ideapad Y580
Intel i7-3630QM at 2.4 GHz
8.00 GB of RAM
NVIDIA GTX 660M 2.00 GB DDR5
Windows 7 SP1 64-Bit
When I try to open Itch (this problem occurs when my V7 is plugged in and unplugged), the program won't load properly.
I'll get a gray screen, with the Serato Itch logo at the top, my battery status, setup and ? buttons, and the CPU gauge. Nothing else will load.
The program is unresponsive and this is what Windows has to say about it:

This only started happening after I installed Serato Video. If I uninstall Serato Video, Itch will open properly again. This problem does not occur with Scratch Live.
Every so often, Itch will open properly when Serato Video is installed. I've tried both opening the program how one normally would, and ran the program as an administrator. There's no true way to run the program consistently for me.
If you guys can help me resolve this situation, that would be super awesome.

I don't know if it matters or not but I have partitioned my hard drive to have two partitions. Itch and Serato are on the C: drive, and all my media is on my D: drive.

It shouldn't be an issue. Do you have full read and write permission to both drives?
Do you have the correct drivers installed for the V7's?

I have permission for both drives and drivers are correct. I've tried drivers from Serato and Numark websites.

I've downgraded to Itch 2.2.0 with Serato Video 1.0 and it works.
I'm just kind of disappointed I can't run the current versions.

I'm sure a serato guy will jump on here soon and might have some other ideas.
