Hey Chicolier, What is your 1st language. You might be able to describe your issue better in your 1st language. Try looking in the Serato World Wide area of the forum. It might be easier for you to get help there.

Thanks for getting in touch,

Try following these steps,

1. Download and install SERATO VIDEO.
Download Here --> serato.com
2. Once the installation has finished launch Serato DJ.
3. Click the SETUP button located on the top task bar.
4. Navigate to the plugins tab.
5. You will see SERATO VIDEO as a listed plugin. Click "Serato Video".
6. Enable the plugin. Tick the box.
7. You can now either enter your SERATO VIDEO license number to activate the FULL version, or you can run the demo.
8. Close the setup window.

You will now see a VIDEO button appear on the top task bar.
Click the video button, the video plugin window will open.
You are now ready to start mixing videos.

if i understand you correct it used to work until recently, but all you get is a black window now?

Could you try to install Serato Video again?
