So this isn't a software issue, this is a hardware issue. I recently purchased a Vestax CF-X2 crossfader on eBay, but the damn seller didn't include the support bracket (U-shaped) so I can't install this thing in my VCI-380. I emailed Vestax and they sent me the list of distributors and also told me to try American Music but I'm not trying to re-order the entire crossfader, I just need the little support bracket. I'm assuming you only need that for installation on the VCI units right? You don't need it to install into a PMC mixer? I'm dying to use this crossfader but can't without that support bracket. Any ideas on how I can go about getting one? Remember I'm not interested in buying the entire CF package, I just need the missing bracket piece. Thanks.

Thanks Ron. Got your emails too. Yeah, the piece I'm looking for is a small part of a kit, so I just don't see how I could go about obtaining just that little bracket piece (BR300). Hopefully you will have better luck, otherwise this CF-X2 is useless for my VCI-380 unit. Thanks for your help and please let me know when you hear back from Japan.
