Hello.
After installing Itch 2.2.2, the green LEDs that are next to the pitch control, do not light up anymore. I did a test with Itch 1.8 and it've functioned normally. I took the test on two different computers and same problem. What can this be? A release bug? Its correct this?
Why not solve the problem?

Thanks for get in touch with us. Have you try installed latest firmware for Pioneer DDJ-S1? I would suggest you to try download and install latest firmware from the link below.

pioneerdj.com

Please read and follow update guide to check the firmware version of your player and how to update. If you fail to update your firmware properly your controller will not be function.

Please let us know how it go.

I stand all the updates to Serato dj works, but not for Serato ITCH,this problem has remained in the software ITCH 2.2.2.I'm writing about it for a long time, but it is not correct:(

That would be a bug and we will fix on this one for next update.
