Recording a Mix, Sound effects do not record

Will sound effects from a VFX-1 record with Itch? I have tried, but they have not shown up in any of my recordings. Is there anything I can do to make them carry over? I am not connected to an outer PA source or Mixer.

the vci 380 and Serato Itch have a issue on Windows 7, we cant reccord any sound of the mix :l

Thanks for get in touch with us. They should be working and you can hear the effects on your recordings. I would suggest you to try update your ITCH first.
