that is because you have crossfader curve [contour] hardware controls - no need for software. The "X-fader" knob on the front left of the NS6 is your knob! Far right for sharp cut-in - Far left for slow and steady.

No it looks like there is a bug. Even though i do have Master Volume nob on my NS6, Serato DJ software still have Master Volume control right? I know what u taking about but that control don't solve the problem im facing. Thanks anyway for reply

that "Master" knob also exist in SSL - its a boost to the main signal if for some reason your system is playing lower than normal - but it will make your limiter hit sooner - think of it as a replacement for the "overhead" setting in ITCH.

It is also grayed out for me and I have an NS7. I was told its because I have a dedicated knob for that hardware's control - because the NS6 can be used as a stand alone mixer - things like the crossfader's contour needed to be independent of software.

The PDF manual touches on but doesn't come out and say it - its written for pretty much all SDJ users. If you're speaking about the "Power" and "Linear" options in setup - thats a little different. There is currently a bug where you have to click the opposite setting to choose the one you want....So click "Power" for Linear and "Linear" for Power.

I Just found a fix for this,
1. Turn your crossfader curve [contour] hardware nob which is at the Far left front of the NS6 all the way to the left
2. Open Serato DJ Software
3. Go to Setup then Mixer Tab
4. Click on LINEAR or POWER and try using the control curve using the crossfader curve [contour] hardware nob which is at the Far left front of the NS6
