Thanks for get in touch with us. Your NS6 can upgrade to Serato DJ for free. And you don't need to un-install ITCH. You can use Serato Video on both ITCH and Serato DJ.

do you mean i just download and thets it???
becuase after download and install it say "14 days trial" and after it i need to buy for 99$
so its not realy for free
unless there is something i missing

Serato DJ is free for NS6 so If you connect to computer and open Serato DJ 1.2 (Have to be 1.2) you will see four virtual decks on the screen. Can you able to see that?

Would you be able to attach a screen shot of the screen says "14 days trial" on here?

How to do screen shot - Hold Command + Shift and press "3" key

And please make sure your Serato DJ version is 1.2. Open Serato DJ and go setup menu see left bottom corner of the screen.

when i connect my hardwere (numark ns 6)
the program activated automaticly

but the main issu of the crashes steel even with the serato dj
please if u can help me about it ill be gratefull
ill even with connection with apple maybe i need to restore \ format my macbook
becouse its cant be thet the itch and the serto dj crash when i analyzing files
or in middle of party (for nothing) its never happend before
i do not know how handle with this problem

Firstly please make sure re-analyse all your music/movie files and find out if you have corrupt files. If you do have corrupt files please delete them from your library. You can read more about it on ITCH 2.2.2 user manual, page 14 and 15. Here is the link - serato.com

Your crash log said crash caused by related to QuickTime. Please make sure you have latest Quicktime in your computer (Open software updates from preference). Also install latest VLC player too.

i sent crash log to mac support and i'v been told to remove any divx decoder and also quicktime
and u were right
thanks alot to you rui k

this fix solution make me a new problem
so now thet i dont have anny divx decoder and now quicktime
i cannot work with serat video
i do have vlc updated but it seem to be thet serato work only with quicktime
i m afraid to instal quicktime again becouse of those crashes
should i????? (unless you know other methode)

I grad you solve the problem. I would say you can install Quicktime because you need it for Serato Video. I'm not sure about Divx, maybe install only quicktime and see how it go? Worth a try because now you can delete Quicktime or Divx for fix the issue.
