when using serato the music is slow and gargled i have tried adjusting pitch and everything else but still the same horrible sound. when i switch to the virtual dj program i dont have this problem please help

Thanks for get in touch with us. Currently we do not support Windows 8 for Serato DJ. So I presumed your issue is causing by your operation system. However we will give you few instructions to help you and let's see how it go.

Could you be able to tell us your computer specifications? This is how to - serato.com

What music file format do you use? Have you installed latest drivers and firmware? You can download them from this page. (serato.com)
