Which is The Best Video Pool site with older Videos such as Old School Music Video Pools for Club use currently in 2013?
Most of the past post about this subject is quite old.
Anyone with a good source with good Video and Audio Quality?
Maybe with Intro/Outro/Instrumental/Transition and Acapella Versions?
I think there should be an update for Old School, Retro, Rock etc Music Videos for club use in the Serato forum.
Music Videos with Music only without the audio of the Drama dialouge and back ground sound.
I have got some Videos from Vevo that has got that.
Sorry if this had been asked many times before.
I just think it needs a fresh list every six months.
If there is an existing discussion Please guide me to the right current topic related to this in Serato Forum.
Thx in Advance.

You rightMOST old posts on the subject are out of date. But there is a new sticky thread started where you can find that info. serato.com
VJ-pro is the best but your not in the USA so I'm not sure if they will let you sign up.
Thats rediculous. Quality services don't change that often.

This isn't the Virtual DJ forum.
Most of the regular users here have standards.

the problem with youtube/vevo is;
the quality is lower. we have spent years improving/setting standards.
you are making video djs look bad.
you are stealing.
the videos can be unstable.

Sorry I am new to this Music Video & Serato Standards, Thank you very much for most of the useful for the info.
I will read the "Legal places to get music video's. Update 2013" ASAP, thanks again.
I have been using Serato Itch for many years now since it was first launched.
Now I am planning to use Serato DJ & Serato Video.
I also have other DVS & also use Cross DJ, Torq, Traktor Scratch Pro, Virtual DJ & their supported Contollers, Xponent, Numark NS6 ... time to time.
FYI I have been DJ ing for 28 years now since 1986.
There are some advantages & disadvantages with other DVS/Controller softwares
Is there a sticky on Serato forum standards?
What makes some think that Virtual DJ user forum people have standard?
Why am I stealing?
In Malaysia using Vevo Video is allowed as long as you pay the annual copyright licenses,
for Video & Audio.
I humbly request and I hope to meet some nice people here, who could guide me or any other new users to the Serato forum without being snobbish.
I think the world can use less Sarcasm & The thought that One is more Superior and Better than others....Being Humble goes a long way.
For those who played nice thank you for the useful info.
I feel a comment like "tsk tsk tsk" doesn't really help anyone...
Why don't we guide and share our knowledge.
Thank You again.
Well so far, I am not sure if I am going to enjoy being in Serato forum, I hope to meet more good/nice people here....
Thank You again :)

for Video & Audio.
seeing that you are in malaysia, im pretty sure your "legal" video pool pickings are slim so i can see why you'd use vevo/youtube...
but you still have the issue of improper encoding from "youtube" sources. playing videos with Improper encoding will place you at bigger risk of having a crash during a gig.
there is alot more to spinning videos than just downloading a vid off of youtube and playing it in Serato DJ/Video.
take some time on this forum and do some research on proper encoding, format, aspect ratio, converting video formats...etc. knowing these basics will help enhance your video experience and make you less prone to crashing during a gig.

if you can grow thick skin and actually read between the lines of the sarcastic comments and not get your feelings hurt... this forum will actually help you more. the DJ's in this forum are old school, meaning, they aren't gonna just hand you everything on a silver platter. and they are very professional and take pride in their work, so they view things and hold people to a higher standard.
if you want that fluffy, sugar coated, candy land experience, then this def aint the place for you.
but yeah, take some time and read through the video forum, and you'll learn alot.
good luck to ya.
