Are you getting no sound from your computer speakers? Because by default no audio is routed back through the USB to your computer.

In order to hear audio apart from the cue in your headphones you are going to need to connect another audio device to the master out section on the back of your Numark NS6. Depending what monitoring/listening equipment you have you can connect using the XLR or the RCA master outs on the back of your controller.
