What exactly do you mean by cant unlock?

Probably just a glitch, report them on the whitelabel feed back section, they should re upload em.

I've re-encoded these tracks and they're ok now.

Remove the current tracks from your library then delete the files off your hard drive.

Then download (whitelabel.net) them again and them back in to your library.

I am having the same problem. I cant unlock 3 tracks either to serato dj. it keeps saying that my email is incorrect. I have 2 emails I use and I know both are correct but it still wont unlock. please help.

Ya I got the same deal Casique. Is there a way to tell which tracks are locked? I have one that is locked and I put in my email and password and it still says locked. I got the message "There is 1 locked whitelabel file in your library". I have no clue which one it is.

welp, found the track: Will.i.am "Great times are coming". Still wont recognize my email and pw.

Remove the track from the library ( and HDD) and re-download it.

This track should not be locked. Your file is locked by mistake.

So remove it from your library, delete the file, then download it again and add it back in to your library.
