Buy the pionner ddj sx, and came with a serial but it does not work this serial to activate serato promo video to purchase serato was saying that comes to video but I can not activate, ¿the seller could he take my serial or I can activate it?

You most likely didnt get a code for serato video the 1st 10,000 that came with serato video where sold long ago.

Code:E is right, if you didn't get a voucher code with your DDJ-SX you most likely didn't get one of the first 10,00 units.
