serato itch keeps shutdown unexpectedly even when i shut it down right? It tells me Serato itch has shutdown unexpectedly plus i have scanned my hard drive and when i click on the Artist on the left hand column under ALL the bpm artist album ECT don't show up in the column but if i click under the all files it shows up why is his happen? please help thanks for your time and have a great day

Thanks for get in touch with us. Firstly let me clarify your issues...

Q1) ITCH shutdown unexpectedly
Q2) Take long time to load your library
Q3) Columns not showing all of the informations on Crate view

Please let me know if I misunderstood your issues.

Here are the solutions.

A1) It could be any reasons. Make sure you don't use any corrupt file and if they are exist in your library, please delete all of them. Maybe next answer might solve this issue.

A2) Maybe your database file is corrupt. Let's firstly try and rebuild your DatabaseV2, follow instructions from here (serato.com) and reopen Serato DJ and see if that helps.
You might have Database V2 files on your different partitions of your HDD & External drives so you will need to rebuilt all of them.

A3)You can change the column visibility by setting up columns. Clicking on the triangle at the top right of the library will show the list so you can turn fields on and off. You can resize columns by grabbing the edge and dragging to the width you want. (ITCH 2.2.2 User manual, page 22)
